What are the reasons for buying a property in Bulgaria?<\/p>

  1. Price of real estate<\/u><\/strong>

    Prices are significantly lower compared to the UK and besides the size, the location and proximity to the sea play a key role.<\/p>

    For some apartments the price difference can be only because of the sea view and this is a very significant difference.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Installment purchase available<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    Easy way to buy property in installments without having to consult the Solus Register, CERD, etc.<\/p>

    All you need is a proof of identity, your email and payment of 10% of the purchase contract. Within one day everything is done and you are the owner of the property. At that moment you can use the property or rent it out.<\/p>

    The repayment period can be set up to 10 years, but we recommend a shorter period (3\/5 years) because of the lower interest.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Climate and natural environment<\/u><\/strong>

    Temperatures along the coast remain above freezing during the winter, around 10\u00b0 during the day, and on some really warm days in January or February the temperature can approach 18\u00b0.\u00a0<\/p>

    On the other hand, Sofia and Bansko have similar temperatures to those in the CZ and are in close proximity to the mountains, making them ideal for the winter season.<\/p>

    The new modern buildings, especially in the south of the city, are right next to the mountains and thus provide an ideal accommodation option for skiers with beautiful views of the mountains.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Investment opportunities<\/u><\/strong>

    Bulgaria is becoming increasingly attractive to investors due to growing tourism and development activity.<\/p>

    There are more and more opportunities to invest and build properties for recreational purposes.<\/p>

    Owning property abroad can represent a form of diversification of the investment portfolio, which can reduce risk and provide\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 an alternative way of investing.<\/p>

    The advantage of this investment is also its quick accessibility, in two hours by plane you are at any Bulgarian airport.<\/p>

    Thus, it is also possible to physically inspect the property at any time or take a weekend trip.<\/p>

    The property can for example be used during certain times of the year and rented out during the remaining months.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Cost of living<\/span><\/strong>

    Cost is of course most affected by location, with prices in touristy places and during high season being different to those in the interior.<\/p>
